We believe the quality and craftsmanship of our products will provide years of satisfaction. However, if within 15 days of receipt you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund of its value, subject to the below conditions.

This policy applies to any and all products sold via shop.amc.com. Return policies from any external online or retail stores will not be accepted. We highly encourage any customer who purchases AMC Products to take advantage of the personalized service we offer by booking a “Start Cooking Session”. If you still wish to return your purchase, the following conditions will apply to all products except those marked as “non-refundable” on your order:

Full Refund

• Wrong item that does not match the item in your order (Unopened / original condition as shipped) 

• Defective item (no fault of Customer)

Exchanges

Unopened / original condition as shipped

No refund

• Return item is missing any parts / accessories; orDamaged; 
• · Showing obvious misuse (refer to Warranty clauses inUser’s Manuals

– If you return a product that is missing accessories or other bundled items that were shipped with the product, the retail price of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Return Method and Timing

Your refund will be processed after the item has been received by us and we have assessed the item’s condition. Please allow 10–14 days for the return to be processed following receipt in our fulfillment center.
